exhausted,i'm aching all over..
the past 2 days were the most tiring days ever.
the competition was a good one,thou it was very disorganised.
the fights were good,they all had good sportsmanship.
Canada,Brazil,UK,USA,South Africa,Switzerland,Russia,Korea,Malaysia..
i cant remember the rest,there were 38 countries.
anyway,
the NP kickboxing team won a medal each..
